Shipping Policy
Freight Shipping for Large Item:
Freight shipped orders are large items that must be delivered by truck and secured to a pallet. Customer is responsible for unpacking and disposing of packing material unless given a white glove delivery quote that includes packing material removal.Freight Options:
- Dock to Dock (Business Address) – Requires a loading dock or forklift at the delivery site to unload shipment.
- Lift Gate – Shipment arrives secured to a pallet and delivered down to the curbside of the address. (Customer is responsible to bring equipment into their facility and
assemble if needed) - Inside Delivery – Shipment arrives secured to a pallet and delivered down to the curbside, freight carrier will then bring the shipment inside the building. (This does not include assembly of equipment delivered)
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery includes the unloading and placement of your items in the room of your choice. As well as unpacking, removal, and disposal of packing materials. Assembly, installation, or setting up of equipment is included. White glove delivery does not include training.

Change Shipping Method on an Order
If you have placed an order and would like to change the shipping method selected, please contact our office immediately at 888.932.0016
Customers must contact us before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the returns process.
Damaged Shipments

Please thoroughly inspect your package upon delivery. Customer must notify the carrier of any visible damage at time of delivery for insurance claim purposes.

Non-visible damage to the product due to shipping must be reported to within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

If the equipment is damaged beyond use or visibly needs repair, the customer should refuse delivery of the shipment and notify Arrowhead Medical at 888.932.0016.
