Mio-Guard Cohesive Athletic Tape

MIO-GUARD Cohesive is a lightweight self-adhering athletic tape that is used to provide while allowing some flexibility. It’s cohesive properties means that MIO-GUARD Cohesive sticks to itself but not to you. This eliminates the need for prewrap and adhesive sprays.  MIO-GUARD Cohesive performs extremely well in wet conditions and rather than come apart like some tapes will, our Cohesive tape becomes even more aggressive when wet.

Our Cohesive tape is manufactured to our specifications. It’s lightweight and consistent off the roll without the need to pull the tape apart from itself during application.
